The real estate agent market lacks transparency, making it difficult for homeowners to confidently choose an agent who can secure the best price quickly. The core problem was to design a solution that provides clear, comparable data and fosters trust between sellers and agents. I approached this challenge by first conducting a competitive analysis and stakeholder interviews to define key features. I then moved into information architecture to organize complex agent data into an easily digestible format. Low-fidelity mockups were created and rapidly iterated upon based on feedback, culminating in a high-fidelity UI that prioritizes clarity, comparison, and a direct path to connecting with suitable agents.
