Balo sought to revolutionise Salesforce support by offering on-demand access to top-tier experts. The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that effectively connects clients with the right Salesforce specialists while ensuring a seamless and efficient booking and support experience. I worked with Balo from the inception of the platform, contributing to the definition of the MVP and shaping the product roadmap. By conducting in-depth user research and competitor analysis, we developed a comprehensive information architecture that optimised user flow and task completion. We then created wireframe prototypes to visualize the platform's core functionalities and iterated on the design based on user testing feedback. The final phase involved designing high-fidelity screens and interactions to create a polished and intuitive user experience.
